Buyers Please Read!  

I will not hold any Horse with out a deposit.

All Deposits are Non Refundable!

I will not take any Horse with a sale pending off advertised websites

until day of pick up. It costs too much to re-advertise if sale fails.

All Buyers have 30 days after Deposit to pick up their Horse.

The Buyers will have to pay additional feeding and boarding charges after the 30 day pick up deadline.

Every 21 days after deadline a $75 dollar charge for feed and board!

November Thur March Buyer will pay $150 dollar charge for 21 days for feed and board!

If Buyers arrives to pick up Horse after the 30 day deadline and does not want to pay for extra feed and board bill I will not allow pickup!

I am not responsible for any transport cost of any purchased Horse.

All Out of State Buyers are responsible for cost of all Health/Coggins papers.

All Buyers are Responsible for

Registration/Transfer Papers cost on any Horse bought or Expectant Foal.

All Horses that leave Hallmark Stables will have Transfer paper work filled out for date of pick up. I will not alter dates.

  This year alone,I have had more than 20 scam artists contact me

All sent phony checks and or Money Orders.
